This Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy describes the guidelines and procedures for returns, refunds, and cancellations of services provided by RCMakeovers ("we," "us," or "our"). We strive to ensure your satisfaction with our makeup services, and we aim to provide a transparent and fair policy for handling returns, refunds, and cancellations. By booking our services, you agree to comply with the terms outlined in this policy.


Returns and Refunds:
1.1 Services Rendered:
Due to the nature of our makeup services, we do not offer returns or refunds for services that have been already rendered. Once the service is provided, it is considered complete.
1.2 Unsatisfactory Service: We are committed to delivering high-quality makeup services and customer satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with the results of our service, please contact us within 24 hours of the service completion to discuss your concerns. We will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis and, if appropriate, make reasonable efforts to address your concerns and find a resolution.


Cancellations:
2.1 Client Cancellations:
If you need to cancel your scheduled appointment, we kindly request that you provide us with at least 48 hours' notice prior to the appointment time. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be on our waiting list. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee.
2.2 RCMakeovers Cancellations: In the rare event that we need to cancel or reschedule your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to offer an alternative appointment or provide a refund for any fees paid for the canceled service.


Refund Process:
3.1 Refund Eligibility:
Refunds, if applicable, will be provided solely at our discretion and in accordance with the terms outlined in this policy. We Do Not refund advance payment as we block our calendar and do not take in another client. 

3.2 Refund Method: If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method used for the booking. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
